Tracking my Wedding Weight Loss!  I'm hoping this will help keep me motivated!

Yikes!  This is me in November, trying on my dress for the first time since I ordered it.  I weigh about 172 here.  Oh and I'm 5'5".  The dress is really big on me, so it makes me look even bigger than I am.  Wow....this is motivating me to go work out RIGHT NOW!

As of January 25th, I now weigh 160!  I would like to get down to 140.  I am really more concerned about how my clothes fit more than how much I weigh.  I will be THRILLED when I can fit into the same jeans I wore when Brant and I started dating!  I have no idea how much I weighed then...but those jeans were a size 10 and I'm between a 12 and a 14 right now.  I was pushing 16 before. 
I am currently on day 5 of Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred.  I love it!  I don't do it every day, but I do when I can.  I really have never worked out consistantly my whole life, so simply getting off my butt and doing something has helped a lot.


How is it possible that after this I fell off track??  It was probably a few days after this that I stopped working out.   Today is February 23rd.  I have not gained any weight though.  That's a good thing!  I'm actually down to 158.5, but that's not the point.   :(  So disappointed in myself.  Today is a new day...and apparently a new 30 days.  Oh!  I do fit in those jeans too....they just aren't as loose and they used to be LOL.
